ENHANCED FLIGHT VISION SYSTEM (EFVS)

We can help keep you and your cargo safe. When unpredictable weather hits, our Enhanced Flight Vision System (EFVS) provides the Situational Awareness to cut through fog and other degraded environments so your crew can see clearly and complete their critical missions.

Our Combined Vision System (CVS) combines both Enhanced Vision System (EVS) and Synthetic Vision System (SVS), providing a high-fidelity view of the outside world even when actual visibility is close to zero. It enables the operator to see the runway lights better in conditions impairing the visibility of unaided approach. This improves the pilots' ability to execute precision and non-precision approaches and safely land, reducing the risks of Controlled Flight Into Terrain (CFIT) accidents.

Our Enhanced Vision Systems (EVS) provide critical information to the pilot during all phases of flight creating extraordinary situational awareness and decision making. Our EVS extends the pilot’s visibility deep into fog, rain, snow, smoke, haze, and total darkness and utilizes state-of-the-art, fully digital, cooled infrared sensor technology. The EVS adjusts to current conditions in real time to maintain optimal detection capability for taxi, takeoff, and landing operations in low visibility weather situations.
